Refund Policy

We at iNaturalist Nepal work hard to make sure you have the greatest trip possible. We are aware, nevertheless, that things happen and you might have to cancel your reservation. Our policies for refunds and cancellations are described in this Refund Policy.

 

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Should you need to cancel your reservation, kindly let us know as soon as possible. If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing or by email.
    • If you need to cancel more than seven days before the program begins, we will reimburse your entire payment, including the deposit you made. We will return the entire amount, less the transfer fees, if you paid in full at the time of booking.
    • A 40% cancellation fee will be added to the 20% deposit paid of the total price for cancellations made less than seven days before the program begins. You will receive a refund for the remaining amount. 10% of the remaining amount, less the full payment made at the time of booking, will be refunded to you.
    • Please be aware that in certain cases, even for cancellations made fewer than seven days before the program's start date, we might be able to issue a full refund. We will take each of these requests into consideration individually.
    • Refunds will not be given to no-shows.
  • Refund Process

    • Should you After we receive your cancellation notice, we will complete your refund within 30 days. Refunds will be issued by bank transfer or PayPal, at the discretion of the company.
  • Exclusivity

    • Please be aware that if there was no upfront payment collected for the reservation, this refund policy is not applicable. Cancellation procedures in these situations will be deliberated and determined at the time of booking.
    • Furthermore, unforeseeable events outside of our control, such natural catastrophes, political upheaval, or other circumstances that make it impossible to provide the scheduled program, are not covered by this refund policy. In these situations, we'll work with you to find a different solution or provide a complete refund.
    • Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you would like to modify anything about your reservation, including the dates or the schedule. As long as your requirements are available and don't result in additional expenses, we will do our best to comply.
    • We will supply you with an alternate program of equal or greater value if we are unable to deliver any portion of the program because of unanticipated events beyond of our control. We will reimburse you for the cost of the program's affected portion if you choose not to participate in the other offering.
