We appreciate you selecting iNaturalist Nepal for your trip requirements. The following terms and conditions apply to the use of our services and the scheduling of our programs; please read them carefully. These terms and conditions are accepted when you make a reservation with us.

 

• 1. Booking

  • 1.1 Online or direct bookings are accepted for our programs. To confirm your reservation, a 20% deposit of the program's total cost is needed. Unless otherwise specified, the remaining balance is required 30 days before the program begins.
  • 1.2 The entire cost must be paid at the time of booking if you make a reservation less than thirty days before the program begins.
  • 1.3 We maintain the right to reject any reservation for any reason.

• 2 .Payment

  • 2.1 There are three options for payment: cash, bank transfer, or credit card. Please be aware that there may be a premium when paying with credit cards.
  • 2.2 We retain the right to cancel your reservation and impose cancellation fees in accordance with our refund policy if you do not make payment by the deadline.

• 3. Cancellation

  • 3.1 Please let us know as soon as possible if you must cancel your reservation. We list the possible cancellation fees in our Refund Policy.
  • 3.2 If you don't pay by the deadline or don't give us the information or paperwork we need for your program, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
  • 3.3 In the event of unforeseeable events beyond our control, such as natural catastrophes, political turmoil, or other circumstances that make it difficult to provide the scheduled program, we have the right to cancel your program or make changes to the itinerary. We shall provide you with an alternate program of comparable or higher value in such circumstances. We will reimburse you for the cost of the program's affected portion if you choose not to participate in the other offering.

• 4. Modifications to the Program

  • 4.1 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as modifications to flight schedules or hotel availability, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the program. Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as feasible, and we'll do everything within our power to offer substitute plans that are just as good or better.
  • 4.2 Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you would like to modify anything about your reservation, including the dates or schedule. As long as your requirements are available and don't result in additional expenses, we will do our best to comply.

• 5. Insurance

  • 5.1 We heartily advise you to get full-scope travel insurance, which includes medical and trip cancellation/interruption coverage.
  • 5.2 You are in charge of making sure you have sufficient insurance coverage for the length of your program.

• 6. Liability

  • 6.1 Throughout the program, we will take all necessary precautions to guarantee your safety and well-being. However, any harm, loss, damage, or cost sustained during the program is not our responsibility.
  • 6.2 By participating in the program, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, lawsuits, losses, or expenses that may result.

• 7. Privacy

  • 7.1 Your personal information will be gathered and utilized in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
  • 7.2 In order to deliver the program, we might exchange your personal information with outside service providers such lodging facilities, airlines, and tour companies.

• 8. Governing Law

  • 8.1 The laws of Nepal shall apply to these terms and conditions. Nepalese law shall govern the resolution of any disputes resulting from these terms and conditions.

• 9. Others

  • 9.1 All previous understandings and agreements are superseded by these terms and conditions, which form the entirety of our relationship with you.
  • 9.2 Without giving prior notice, we have the right to change or alter these terms and conditions at any moment. Any such modifications will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website.
  • 9.3 The remaining terms and conditions of this agreement shall survive any determination that any of its provisions are defective or unenforceable.
  • 9.4 The laws of Nepal will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions. The Nepali courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions.
  • Any remedies available to you under these terms and conditions should not be interpreted as a waiver of those options.
  • 9.6 These terms and conditions will take precedence over any other information or communication we may offer in the case of a discrepancy.
